Booking terms

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you book an adult class or a workshop with Industry Dance Co. (“IDC”, “we”, “us”) through this website, at our Tahmoor or Goulburn studio. By completing a booking you agree to them.

Enrolments in our children's programs (Twirlers, Junior Co. and Senior Co.) are made through Studio Pro and are not covered by these booking terms.

2. Bookings and payment

• Payment is taken online at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• While you complete checkout, your spot is held for 10 minutes. If checkout is not completed in that time, the spot is released for someone else.
• Your booking is confirmed once your payment has gone through and you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your details are correct, as we use them to contact you about your class.

3. Health declaration

A health declaration is required for all adult classes. You will be asked to complete it when you book, and you must complete it before you take part.

Please tell us about any injury, medical condition or pregnancy that could affect your participation, and let your teacher know on the day if anything has changed. Dance is a physical activity: listen to your body, work within your own limits and follow your teacher's instructions. Confirm· participation and risk wording

4. Full classes

When a class or workshop is full, we close online bookings for it. If you would like a spot, please contact the studio and we will let you know if one becomes available.

If you pay online and leave the payment page without finishing, your booking is not completed and is cancelled.

5. Refunds and changes

Bookings are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, please contact the studio as soon as possible. Any exception is at the studio's discretion.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. If we change or cancel a class

Occasionally we may need to change a teacher, time or room, or cancel a class (for example, because of illness or low numbers). If this happens we will let you know by email or phone as early as we can. TBC· what we offer if we cancel: a refund, a credit or a transfer

7. In the studio

• Please arrive a few minutes early and wear comfortable clothing you can move in, with suitable footwear for the class.
• Follow your teacher's instructions and treat other dancers, staff and our studios with respect.
• We may refuse entry or ask someone to leave a class if their behaviour puts others at risk.

8. Your information

We use the details you give us to manage your booking, contact you about your class and keep our class rolls. Read our privacy policy for more.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you book is the one that applies to your booking.
